Snap-Fit WPC Decking System

Snap-Fit WPC Decking System is a modular outdoor flooring system made from wood-plastic composite decking modules and an integrated interlocking base. Adjacent modules connect through snap-fit points to form a continuous surface. The square-module format is suitable for balconies, patios, terraces, rooftops, gardens, pool surrounds, and other outdoor areas requiring a defined modular layout.

Modular Decking Format
The system uses square modules instead of long decking boards. Standard sizes include 300 × 300 mm and 500 × 500 mm, providing two layout formats for different project areas and module densities.

Snap-Fit Connection
Matching connection points on the base align adjacent modules during assembly. The connection pattern establishes consistent spacing between units and keeps the finished layout organized across the installation area.

Simplified Assembly
Individual modules connect through the integrated base, reducing the number of separate fastening operations between adjacent units. The repeated format also supports straightforward area calculation and installation planning.

Modular Access

Raised Base

WPC Composition
The standard material formulation contains 60% wood fibers, 35% HDPE, and 5% additives. The composite formulation provides the material basis for the decking surface and its finished profile.

Base Construction
The underside incorporates an interlocking support structure with connection points around the module perimeter. Base geometry determines module engagement, surface height, and the clearance below the decking.

Square modules suit compact outdoor areas where the finished surface can be planned around fixed dimensions, walls, corners, and access points.

The system can be specified for suitable hard substrates where drainage, finished height, module layout, and surrounding edge details are defined during project planning.

Module Size
300 × 300 mm modules provide a smaller repeat unit for detailed layouts. 500 × 500 mm modules cover a larger area per unit and reduce the number of module joints across the same surface.

Thickness
22 mm and 24 mm configurations provide different finished floor heights. Selection should account for the existing substrate, surrounding floor level, edge treatment, and required clearance below the decking.

Structure
Solid and hollow configurations are available. The appropriate structure can be selected according to the specified module design, handling requirements, and project application.

Substrate
The installation surface should be stable, firm, and reasonably level. Suitable hard substrates can support the modular base when the surface has been prepared for exterior flooring.

Layout
Measure the finished area before ordering. Plan module orientation around walls, corners, drains, posts, and other fixed elements. Edge sections can be cut to complete the perimeter.

Drainage
The substrate should provide a suitable route for water discharge. The space beneath the interlocking base should remain clear to maintain drainage and airflow.

Dimensional Inspection
Module length, width, thickness, and connection dimensions should be checked during production to maintain consistent assembly between adjacent units.

Connection Fit
Interlocking points should be inspected for dimensional consistency and correct engagement. Consistent connection geometry supports uniform module alignment across the installed surface.

Surface Inspection
Color, texture, edges, and visible surface condition should be checked before packing. Production batches should follow the confirmed specification for size, structure, surface, and color.

Unit Protection
Modules should be packed to protect the WPC surface and interlocking base during handling, storage, and transportation.

Batch Consistency
For project quantities, module size, thickness, structure, surface, color, and packing configuration should be confirmed before production.

Project Quantities
Quantity calculations should include the total installation area, selected module size, perimeter cutting, layout pattern, and planned spare modules.
